Hi, I'm Caitlin. I started my journey in events ten years ago in Cape Town, and I truly feel it's my calling to help couples bring their dream wedding to life.
Since then, my career has taken me to Mexico, Zanzibar, Gibraltar, Mallorca, and Bali; incredible experiences that combined my love for event management, people, culture, and travel.
But I also saw how the industry really works. Time and again, I watched couples feel overwhelmed, locked into packages, or hit with unexpected costs. Most of them had no idea what was normal, and that never sat right with me.
So I built this platform. It's for the bride who can do it herself but wants a trusted expert by her side. Honest advice, real pricing, step-by-step guidance, and all the tools you need, without the pressure or the upsell.
I'm not here to take over. I'm here to make sure you never feel lost, overcharged, or alone. We show you the reality of Bali weddings, not the Instagram version.

We are not wedding planners and we are not on the ground in Bali managing your day. But we know that many venues require someone physically present to coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, and make sure everything runs smoothly. That is why we have built a network of vetted independent local coordinators in Bali who we trust completely.
If you need someone on the day, or in the weeks leading up to it, we will connect you with the right person for your wedding. They come in, do a full handover with you, and are there from start to finish on the day so you can actually enjoy your wedding instead of managing it.
