Yes, we’re destination wedding planners. We plan with you remotely, using years of insider knowledge of venues, vendors and real local prices. You choose how much we take on: a head start, an expert double-check, or a planner in your corner until the day.

A local planner knows one place. We help you compare destinations, show you what things really cost in each one, and plan with you wherever you decide to marry. We never add markups, and our packages cost a fraction of a typical local planner’s fee.

Most of a destination wedding is decided before you fly: venue, vendors, budget, contracts, timeline. That’s where we come in. On the day itself, many venues include their own coordinator. If yours doesn’t, or you’d like someone there just for you, add day-of coordination and we’ll arrange it.

That’s exactly where Foundational starts. Tell us your budget, guest count and style, and we’ll match you with up to three destinations and shortlist three venues in each, so you can compare them side by side before you commit.

Plenty of our couples do, and you decide how much we take on. In every package we contact vendors for you to get real prices and availability, and you can book them yourselves at no extra cost. If you’d rather we book and brief them for you, that’s available as an add-on.

Never. We don’t add any markups. The price we share is the vendor’s real price: exactly what you’d see in their own brochure, and exactly what you’d pay if you booked them directly. Your money goes to two places: our fee for our time, and the vendor’s real price for theirs. You always know exactly where your money is going, which is rare in the wedding industry.

That’s great, and many do. We work alongside them. Your venue coordinator looks after the day itself. We look after everything before it: choosing vendors, checking quotes and contracts, your budget, your timeline and your whole wedding week.

Yes. No cost, no obligation, no hard sell. We’ll listen to your plans, tell you honestly what’s realistic for your budget, and suggest the package that fits, or tell you if you don’t need us at all.
