These terms apply when you buy anything from us through this website — planning packages, add-ons, consultation calls and digital guides. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

What we do

We are independent destination wedding planning advisors. We help you choose a destination, find and compare venues and suppliers, understand real costs and plan your wedding. Unless a package says otherwise, we advise and coordinate on your behalf; your contracts for the venue and suppliers are made directly between you and them, and their own terms apply.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge.
• Payment is taken in full at checkout by Stripe. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.
• Prices on this site are for our services only. Venue, supplier, travel and other wedding costs are separate and paid to those businesses.

Planning packages and add-ons

• After you buy, we’ll contact you within 24 hours (on working days) to arrange your first call and start the work described in your package.
• Each package includes what is described on the Packages page at the time you bought it.
• We’ll always do our best to secure your preferred venues, suppliers and dates, but availability and third-party prices are outside our control and can change until you sign with them.
• Any estimates or price ranges we give are guidance based on current quotes, not a guarantee of the final cost.

Digital guides

• Guides are PDF files delivered by download link straight after payment and by email.
• They are for your personal use. Please don’t share, resell or publish them.
• The information is accurate to the best of our knowledge when published. Laws, prices and requirements change, so always confirm important points — especially legal requirements — with the relevant authority before relying on them.

Cancellations and refunds

Your cancellation rights, including the 14-day right to cancel and how it applies to services we have started and to digital downloads, are explained in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our responsibility to you

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, prices or availability of venues, suppliers, airlines or other third parties, or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law as a consumer, or our liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.

Complaints

If something isn’t right, please email info@aisleadvisors.com and we’ll do our best to put it right quickly. EU consumers can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order.
