What we collect

• When you contact us or book a call — your names, email address or phone number, the destination you’re interested in and anything you write in your message.
• When you download our free guide — your name and email address.
• When you buy from us — your name, email address, what you bought and the amount paid. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you work with us — the details you share to plan your wedding, such as dates, guest numbers, budgets and supplier preferences.
• When you browse the site — if you accept analytics cookies, anonymous information about how the site is used (pages viewed, device type, rough location). See our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange calls — because you asked us to (steps before a contract).
• To deliver what you bought, such as guides and planning services — to perform our contract with you.
• To keep records of sales for tax and accounting — because the law requires it.
• To send the free guide you requested, and occasionally helpful follow-ups — with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it — only if you accept analytics cookies.

We never sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted services to run our business. They only process your information on our instructions:

• Stripe — secure card payments.
• Resend — sending emails such as your download links and order confirmations.
• Google — our email (Google Workspace), our client records (Google Sheets) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
• Calendly — booking calls.
• Vercel — hosting this website.
• Venues and suppliers — when you work with us, we share the details needed to request quotes and make bookings for your wedding, and only with your agreement.

Some of these services are based outside the UK and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that’s the case, your information is protected by the safeguards the law requires, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don’t lead to working together: up to 2 years.
• Client and purchase records: as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually 6 years.
• Free-guide sign-ups: until you ask us to remove you.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just email info@aisleadvisors.com and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (the Spanish Data Protection Agency, AEPD — www.aepd.es).

Children

Our services are for adults planning a wedding. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
